רם, בן למלי וזאב ענבר, חברי הקיבוץ, נולד ב-ב' טבת תשל"א (30.12.70) בקיבוץ נחל עוז. רם, בן שני במשפחה אחרי נאור ואחריו נולדו אסף ואחות, עפרי.
ילד בהיר היה רם, עיניים כחולות של ים ושיער זהוב. היה ילד שובב עם חוש הומור מיוחד שהצחיק את כל הסובבים אותו. למד בבית הספר היסודי ובתיכון ב"שער הנגב" במגמה טכנולוגית.
בנעוריו ובבגרותו אהב לטייל בשדות ולעבוד את האדמה.
כל חופשה, אם מהלימודים או מהצבא, חיפש דרך להגיע לשדה לראות אם יש חדש בגידולים.

בצבא רצה רק לקרבי, ואכן התגייס להנדסה קרבית לפלוגת "דקל". אהב את החבר'ה, בפלוגה הרגיש כמו משפחה גדולה ואוהבת.
שבעה חודשים לפני השחרור יצא לפעולה בלבנון כדי להשתיק את המחבלים שהפגיזו את יישובי הצפון ומצא את מותו באדמה זרה עקובה מדם חיילנו.

רם היה בן נאמן, אח אוהב, וחבר בדם, וכך נזכור אותו תמיד.

Ram Inbar

Ram Inbar was killed during an encounter with terrorists in Lebanon. He was 21 years old when he fell.
Ram, son of Mally and Ze'ev Inbar, members of Kibbutz Nahal Oz, was born on December 30, 1970, at Kibbutz Nahal Oz. He was the second child in the family, following his older brother Naor, and was later joined by his younger brother Asaf and sister Ofri.
Ram was a bright and cheerful child, with deep blue eyes and golden hair. He was playful, with a unique sense of humor that brought laughter to everyone around him.
He studied at the Sha'ar HaNegev elementary and high schools, specializing in technology. Throughout his youth and later years, he loved walking through the fields and working the land. During every vacation, whether from school or from the army, he looked for a way to return to the fields and see how the crops were developing.
When he enlisted in the Israel Defense Forces, Ram wanted only a combat role. He joined the Combat Engineering Corps, serving in the "Dekel" company. He loved his fellow soldiers, and the company became like a large and close-knit family to him.
Seven months before completing his military service, Ram took part in an operation in Lebanon aimed at stopping terrorist attacks against communities in northern Israel. During this operation, he was killed on foreign soil, alongside other Israeli soldiers.
Ram was a devoted son, a loving brother, and a true friend. He is remembered with love and will always remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
